Imagine immersing yourself in nature, in a tranquil environment away from your everyday stresses, rejuvenating your mind, body and soul with yoga, mediation, good food and a relaxing landscape. We welcome you to join us on our first Women's Wellness Retreat.

What to Expect

Yoga and Movement

We will set the scene for relaxation, expansiveness & flow with an opening yoga & breathwork session on Friday night. This session will be facilitated by the lovely Kel from Hill Street Yoga. Relax and release your tension throughout the weekend with the opportunity for coastal or bush walks, yoga & mindfulness.

Unraveling the Inner You

Not your standard self development pep talk... Jinan from Samah Projects will take you on a self discovery journey where you will gain a better insight into the inner you and walk away feeling empowered and grateful.

Tea Blending Workshop

Angelica-Hazel from Saha Botanica will be guiding you through a herbal medicine and tea blending workshop. Learn about the health benefits of herbal tisanes and traditional tea and blend your own unique brew to take home.

Wholesome Food

To us food is a huge part of hospitality and not just a necessity. We will be providing you with a nourishing, Mediterranean style menu over the 3 days, cooked by our lovely family and family friends, and made with love.

All food provided will be halal and are happy to cater to dietary requirements.

Vintage Cottage Vibes

Accommodation will be at the serene location of Waverley Estate located in picturesque Port Elliot. You will have your own space to relax in over the weekend which can be shared with a friend, with an onsite pool available for all guests to enjoy.

Accommodation Options

Waverley Estate is located in the beautiful town of Port Elliot and only a short 5 minute drive to the beach. The property is hidden away and tucked away to ensure full privacy for all guests to enjoy this gorgeous weekend away.

The accommodation consists of six buildings, each fitted with their own private ensuite and space to relax and rejuvenate. Retreat on your own or share a room with a friend.
